When it matters most, comfort shouldn’t be out of reach. The Grace Fund Foundation supports hospice patients and their families by covering essential expenses that fall outside of traditional hospice care—helping ease financial stress so they can focus on comfort, connection, and quality of life. As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, every donation goes directly toward bringing dignity and support to those navigating end-of-life care.
