About Us
At the Grace Fund Foundation, we are committed to supporting terminally ill patients in hospice care by easing the financial burden of essential expenses not covered by traditional services. Through generous memorial donations, we help provide resources that allow patients and their families to focus on comfort, connection, and dignity during end-of-life care.
Founded in 2021, the Grace Fund Foundation was inspired by the experience of Grace Kane and her family, who saw firsthand the gaps in support for hospice patients. Wanting to make a difference, they created a way to help others access the care and resources they could not afford on their own.
Today, the Foundation continues to serve as a source of meaningful support and hope for families navigating this difficult time. 100% of donations go directly toward assisting hospice patients and their families.
